Young And The Restless Scoop February 12: Phyllis Is The Sole Owner Of Newman Enterprises – Diane Puts Jack On Blast – Victoria’s Ashamed Of Billy

The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, February 12 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will try to reassure a panicky Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Also coming up, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be shocked, when he finds a passed out Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). Plus, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will get busted by Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).

Y&R spoilers tease Victor will tell Nikki he just spoke with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark) is home with his parents. “Thank God!” she’ll reply. Talk will turn to Cane and he’ll tell his wife he thinks Billy Boy may have been right. “That Cane Ashby was trying to double-cross me.”

Nikki will leave and end up at the Abbott estate. She and Jack will talk about how thrilled they are for Abby. “Not all of the news has been positive,” Nikki will add. So, she’ll spill that Victor has Cane’s family in a safe place and traded them for Newman Enterprises. However, Billy came to the ranch and said Cane was going to double-cross them.

Y&R Daily Scoop – Diane Walks In On Jack And Nikki Embracing

“This damn AI, all the scheming and backstabbing,” Jack will say, ranting about Victor’s greed. Nikki will ask if he knows what Billy’s planning and Jack will say no. “This AI program is tearing us apart,” she’ll say. “What if he goes too far and I can’t take it anymore? What happens to my family then?”

Jack will wrap his arms around her and Diane will walk in. Nikki will say hello, mention Phyllis is up to no good, Billy may be after Chancellor, and let herself out. “She wants you to convince Billy to walk away from whatever Phyllis is offering so that you can get Chancellor back, for her!” Diane will say, blasting Jack.

She’ll add that Nikki always takes advantage of him to get what she wants. “You know what Jack?” she’ll add. “I am sick of it!” Diane will bring up him taking the pills and risking his sobriety for Nikki. “Am I asking too much for you to put me, or anyone else in this family, ahead of Nikki?!” she’ll ask.

As for Victor, he’ll arrive on Cane’s choo choo train. He’ll try to rouse him, but to no avail. Victor will phone Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and say there’s a problem. Adam will arrive and Victor will tell him Cane’s breathing. “You smell the chloroform?” Adam will ask if it was Phyllis and Victor will say he wouldn’t be surprised. “Knocked him out to keep him from making a deal.”

Meanwhile, Phyllis will sit at the Newman Enterprises CEO desk, working diligently on her laptop. She’ll tell Billy it’s done, she has sole ownership of the company. She’ll fold Newman Media into Abbott Communications and give Chancellor to Billy.

“I’m not going to screw you over, it’s way more fun with a partner in crime,” Phyllis will tell him. “Chancellor’s always been a dream,” he’ll reply. “And Newman Media, that’s the chef’s kiss.” Then Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will walk in and tell them they’re disgusting. “How did I know I’d find you two together?”

Young and The Restless Scoop – Adam Thinks They’ll Get Newman Back

Phyllis will ask how she got in. Victoria will say she was looking for Cane and Phyllis will say he’s no longer involved. “I have sole ownership of Newman Enterprises.” Victoria will ask Billy what he gets. “I’m guessing it’s Chancellor, your grand obsession,” she’ll add. “Right now, I’m ashamed to know you.”

But Billy will say her father was going after his brother and Jabot. “I’m not excusing what my father did but I sure as hell don’t excuse what you’re letting her do!” Victoria will reply. “Our children are Newmans too, Billy.” Victoria will say she’s going to let them know how hateful he is.

“I hope it was worth it because they are probably never gonna want to see you again!” She’ll storm off and end up at Crimson Lights, where she’ll run into Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). They’ll chat for a bit and he’ll mention he can’t get in touch with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). And Victoria won’t say a word.

Then Nikki will show up and Victoria will tell her about Phyllis and Billy. She’ll say she guesses Chancellor is his. “If he accepts Chancellor from her, he will live to regret it,” Victoria will reply. She’ll tell her mother if he follows through, he can say goodbye to the kids.

Back at Newman, Phyllis will tell Billy not to let Victoria get into his head. But Billy will say he knows Victoria and she was channeling Victor. “She meant every word.” Phyllis will tell him his kids aren’t naive and they love him. However, Billy knows Victor will do everything to make sure he loses custody. “And if that happens, what is this for?”

Finally, Victor will tell Adam Phyllis and Billy are still at Newman Tower. So, there’s still time to end this nonsense. “Then we could have Newman back,” Adam will reply. “Tonight.” But will they?
